Completed train driver training in 2019

In 2019, we carried out two train driver training courses for two customers. We are happy about the pass rate of 88% in the first exams. The remaining 12% also passed the repeat exam. Only 3 participants dropped out of training - one of them due to illness.

We are looking forward to a new feedback record: All seminar participants have every training answered all questions asked there with "very good" or "good"! All respondents would choose us as a learning service provider if they could make this decision themselves! We would like to thank all participants warmly! QMS certified according to ISO 29990: 2010

After a little more than a year of transition from ISO 9001: 2008 to the learning service provider standard ISO 29990: 2010, we were able to achieve certification in autumn 2019. As with ISO 9001, we have once again succeeded under our own steam and with good results! Overall, this change brings noticeable benefits for our customers as well as internally for ourselves - we can recommend the changeover of every training facility!

Further BZTB trainer certification

In March 2018 Patrick Löser successfully completed the certification as "Trainer BZTB". His areas of expertise in train driver training are the topics according to Appendices 5-7 of the Triebfahrzeugführerscheinverordnung (TfV).

Member of the Audit Committee of the EBA for EBL

The Federal Railway Authority and the Board of Trustees of the Joint Audit Committee of the country to check the Superintendent of Railways have Ingo Rudolf for three years as a member of the Audit Committee in the subject "technology of the vehicles' ordered. Training organization will receive recognition EBA

In October 2011 the TFR Ingo Rudolf was recognition according to a training organization. § 14 „Locomotive Driving License Regulation“ (TFV) by the Federal Railway Authority. The approval was granted for the sub-regions "common knowledge", "vehicle-related skills," "infrastructure-related skills" and "language".

Ingo Rudolf was in October 2011 as an examiner by the Federal Railway Office gem. § 15 „Locomotive Driving License Regulation“ (TFV) recognized. The approval was granted for the sub-regions "common knowledge", "vehicle-related skills" and "infrastructure-related expertise."

Intensive training successfully! Read a customer's voice.

Can a high-quality training and, above all, be at least as successful, which is shorter by 42%, as a relatively - of course, serious - training providers?

Yes it can! 
With a clear definition of objectives and selecting the most efficient methods. In the present case, was not only passing the examination (conducted by an independent third party) the only goal, but the customer needs went beyond this. Almost all known in this market standard methods for the appropriate training were "upset" and put the training on a new concept: So were only 33% of training time instead of in the classroom - the vast parts of nature, in the gym, in the climbing hall in an industrial plant or on a simulator. All part-time course - continue to run the daily operations of the customer was. In addition, the selected methods were adapted to the leisure interests and local knowledge of the customer: The learning material integrated into the activities of the customer!
